They're quick to get you to sign a contract, but then when you ask them something, they don't respond. And when you tell them you don't want to continue the case with them, they don't listen, much less return your deposit. I certainly don't recommend this law firm. I've been trying to contact them for a week now and haven't received a single response.

Don't come here! They are quick to sign you on and take your case. They won't start working until you pay their fees (under stable) but once you pay your fees, they just say they have over 100 clients and are too busy. They will ask for documents, and once you send them, they will ask for them again. They don't keep track of anything. This is very unprofessional. Their support staff and management are rude. When you complain they cut you off and argue about how many cases they have. Once there is some change in your case, they will use that as leverage, and say that your case is moving along, even though they don't send you your documents. I emailed them a requested document, and they keep calling and asking for it. You won't talk to a paralegal or lawyer at all. They lie to you and tell you that so that you can sign but once you've paid you're stuck with the support staff who claim are not qualified to give you legal advice. When you request to speak to a lawyer or paralegal, they are always busy, at lunch or in a meeting. For 10k, might as well fill out your application yourself.

Way to expensive the amount of money they have you paying is like they are robbing you.

DO NOT come here at all!!!! This place has not done anything since we started our case back in November of 2024 for my mom's immigration case. They start you with options and have you sign a contract afterwards, they tell you what documents you need, and at last when you have sent all the required documents, they have you waiting and waiting. You think they would call for follow ups on the case or what paperwork you are missing nope you have to call them. Once we called then they would tell us what we were missing or that there were some errors/problems with the documents we sent. The entire time we are thinking that everything is going smooth and progress is taking place but no false hope. What's the point of charging for the service when they do not even follow up or follow through. We paid them to do their job and be on top of this case, yet it seems like we are doing the job for them. We keep calling weekly for updates and they keep giving us excuses or say that they are still reviewing our case and are putting it together. How long does it take to review a couple of papers? Atleast give us a timeline I know the courts are saturated due to what's going on, but we started this since november of last year and have seen NO results NO progress. They basically pocketed our deposit.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. They were very quick to have us sign the contract and take our money but if you change your mind they completely give you the run around. They tell you they are processing your cancelation and that it will take a month. Unfortunately, here we are 2 months later with no refund and now they are saying I might not get any of my money back. They didn't do anything for my case at all. I answered some of the questions online and THAT IS IT! They did nothing for me. They took advantage of us knowing we won't be able to do anything. It's so sad that we trusted these so called lawyer's and they are not going to help my family in our time of need. It is very apparent these people our not trying to help anyone but themselves. They have such bad work ethic and no professionalism and definitely they have no word. They all tell you they will call you back and they never do. They also lack honesty.

Don't waste your time and money with these people. They're incredibly insincere in their friendliness as they try to get me to make the initial appointment, and then unprofessional when I tried to start the immigration case. They gave me a number that no longer works (which I confirmed when they gave it to me). You won't be able to speak with the attorney or paralegal you initially spoke with. And if this is only the case at the beginning, I can't imagine the problem with having a case that requires them to keep me updated. They're unprofessional. They just make pointless excuses. Take your case elsewhere.

The truth is I did not like the lawyer's treatment, she did not take the time to look at the case in detail, nor to provide a solution as the lawyer she is, they are not at all accessible with payments
