They took $1700 dollars from me. They did nothing in my case and when I ask for a refund they gave me nothing back. They took advantage of the fact that when I first came in I was vulnerable and desperate for a solution so ripped me off $1700 If this people can help you they will, but if they can not, they will find the way to get your money. My experience was in 2024.

I got some good free legal advice. The staff was very professional an knowledgeable.
I'm never doing business with them again. I paid $1000 cash for a permit and they never called me. They approved my permit to travel from September 12th to October 2nd, and they only gave me the paperwork after 15 days, and that was only because I called them—they never notify me. Not even an apology, and on top of that, they treated me badly. Be careful because all they care about is getting paid.

Hello, my name is Marlyn González, and I had the opportunity to be supported by the team of professionals at Alcok & Associates. I am truly grateful for their excellent work.
