The entire team introduced themselves in a professional, responsive, and friendly manner making me feel welcome from the very beginning. This action was very telling that the firm genuinely cared about my case. To specify, the firm handled two major injury cases for my family– one for my mother and secondly for the estate of my father. They were involved in a fatal motorcycle crash in which they had no fault. In a time where I felt no power they provided stability and solace. Throughout the whole process, I felt fully informed and comforted. Each member of the team was able to answer any questions, explain details clearly, and provided me with reassurance. My experience was brief and disappointing. I was encouraged by the fact they requested much info for my claim, only to be told 3 weeks in that it's not a case their use to handling. I viewed it in a very poor way to run a practice when you dont know your capabilities.
