I’ve been working with Cassi on my case, and the experience has been excellent so far. With my busy schedule, it’s not always easy for me to make appointments on time, but Cassi has been incredibly understanding and flexible. I can always reach out with questions, and she consistently responds quickly and clearly. At one point, my case was reassigned, and I immediately noticed the differenc line night and day. I actually had to call and specifically ask for Cassi again because the level of service just wasn’t the same. Since getting her back on my case, everything has been smooth and stress-free. She stays on top of every detail, and I truly appreciate her support. I hope everything continues well. So far they have been pretty good.
