My name is Fernando Cortez Riden and I am a actual former client of Mr. Lowendick. I hurt my back in 2013 and and were referred to him by a local judge. He ended up settling my case for 90 thousand dollars and cut his fee from 20% to 15%. He loaned me a total of 7600 dollars before the settlement to pay my bills and I was able to keep my home. I was a single father at the time with two daughters graduating from high school. I reinjured my back again in 2018 and he got me a 76,000 settlement where he took a 5% cut on his attorney fees again because as he explained it to me is that " he knows what it feels like to almost loose everything and have to rebound. My wife and son was injured in a car crashed recently that totaled my 2018 Ford Explorer. We settled my son's case for 1200 dollars and all medical paid because he was not injured. My wife on the other hand has decided to go to court because she suffered major damage. And I have full confidence that he will prevail in winning her case as he did mine in the past.

He and my soon to be ex has gotten up in front of the judge and has told numarous lies on me. And i. Front of our son who knows that he is lieing. Then brings up my past 20 years ago that i had told micky before our marriage because of trust and didnt fill at the time that when we where married in our 50's it was to be forever. Lawyers dont realize a narcissist when they have one and they also dont know the tole they put on a wife and her son. They have hurt us to now My son and i are in concealing once a week. I have beed on concealing and marriage concealing from the start of our problems. The husband quit 2nd go around. This attorney will set the other spouse up also thinking it will run the other way. I dont know id he has a family or not i dont see how. He is a good lier probably has done the same as my husband. Lie cheat and steal.
