Absolutely do not recommend this Firm. Had a consultation where the man spoke over top of me the entire time. Going on and on about why he wouldn’t buy the property I am looking at, which was never even a question I asked him. I didn’t get the necessary info from th consult so I called back a few weeks later with a very specific purpose. Review a four page easement and let me know if it is worded to allow utilities to be installed. I was left a voicemail saying they would not be helping me further because he already told me not to buy the property. Completely useless and now I know why they were so cheap and so available. Save your time and money.

Best decision in my life so far has been hiring the lower Columbia law group. My attorney Nick went above and beyond helping me through my very difficult car accident. I had very little info for him to work with but him and his team found the correct driver in my accident and helped with liability issues after they denied hitting me. Also a very honest and trustworthy guy about the percentage. Actually lowered it last minute right before we settled out our claim. I can’t thank you guys enough and will definitely be back and refer friends and family !

I was hit by a a drunk driver, and the driver had minimum auto insurance, it was not nearly enough to cover my medical costs. Nick Herman of LLC. was able to negotiate all my liens down considerably, and I was able to walk away with more money than I had ever hoped. Nick Herman kept in touch with me the whole time and always answered any questions I had and was very transparent. If I ever need an attorney again I would go with LLC.

Nick handled an issue I had with my vehicle extended warranty. The problem was resolved in a couple weeks once Nick got involved. This was after 5 months of unresolved negotiating with the repair shop (Shop was not the problem) and warranty. I can't speak to his other services, but as far as dealing with vehicle extended warranty, the result was quick and complete. 5 star result. Wish I had not waited so long to get representation.

I cannot recommend Nick Herman enough. He took on a highly complicated case for us. I was in a car accident which left me with a few injuries nothing life threatening but I did experience a long recovery. Right off the bat, I started getting push backs from the insurance companies and finally I was offered a very low-ball offer to replace my totaled vehicle. I had a previous accident many years prior where I knew nothing about the process of being compensated for my damages, by advice from a friend, I hired an attorney, long story short, it was not the best Attourney, I was nickeled-dimed each time they picked up a pencil or telephone and in the end, I had more fees than I believed was reasonable or fair. This time I did my homework made several calls, until I reached Nick Herman, who was quite pleasant to talk with, he listened to my every word, he gave me the time I needed without making feel rushed, he offered me some advise on how to get the best outcome to replace my car even without retaining him as my attorney, after telling me he does not handle the property loss he handles the body injury claim, he explained to me usually the property loss can be handled by just sending the insurance company a letter In which he would be happy to do. I decided to take his advise, I sent the letter myself, and I got double the amount I was originally offered. Needless to say, I hired Nick Herman to handle the bodily injury claim. Nick’s staff was fantastic, anytime I had a question if it could not be answered by one of them, they would refer to Nick who promptly responded by phone or email. This was the best experience. Nick took all the stress off of me and handled the insurance companies and doctors with the upmost professionalism, he made himself available to me even through some of the craziness times through the pandemic. In the end through Nick’s strategic efforts in negotiations with the insurance companies, I received a very fair offer to to finalize my claim.
