After nearly two years of representation in a family law case, we experienced poor communication and lack of trial preparation. When we could not afford additional trial fees, my partner was forced to proceed pro se. The result was an order requiring lifetime child support (PAYING FOR LIFE) and payment of the opposing attorney’s fees. Ask very clear questions about trial readiness and total costs before hiring. Better yet, do not hire please. Save yourself the heartache.

Read the reviews people. Noticing a pattern. Completely wasted a lot of my time believing these people. They’re quick to get your intake information, but it’s been over 6 weeks now and I haven’t heard a peep. I’ve reached out weekly and get the same reply that they’ve reached out to the scheduler. What a joke. Stay far far away. Especially if you have anything time-sensitive at all.

This law firm was a referral through my Legal Shield, gave them my information on their intake form. Waited almost a week for a call back..None. i called them back to tell them that..still no call back. .And now, since january second to january 22, 2026 still no call back...🙄🙄🙄. Very UNPROFESSIONAL.

Was sent to this place by legal insurance. The worst service you could possibly imagine. Avoid at all costs, theres plenty of others on MetLife

DO NOT CALL- they act interested and call back saying someone is on the case but no one calls. Lost 2+ months being led on and now no responses. The good reviews must be fake. BTW they had me email all of my documents so even worse they have my info!

They answered some questions I had. We struggled to communicate at times. I was a bit over bearing, and I definitely could of handled myself better. Overall my questions were answered, but my case needed a lawyer that specialized on my cases specific needs.

I submitted a case back in February this year and the only thing they did was send a demand letter. They failed to communicate with me. My paralegal Maricela is horrible As she does not answer my emails or even follow up with the things, she said she would do. They no longer work with Arag Legal Services What is a company I was paying through them and they did not even tell me they were no longer affiliated so they really wasted my time. They would tell me they were going to get with the attorney work in the case and fill me in But never happened. I don’t recommend them at all and they wasted eight months of my time

I contacted Lozano Law Offices, through the MetLife Legal Program regarding help needed to obtain my security deposit. Dianna called me back quickly to get the ball rolling. Everyone that I dealt with at the Lozano Law Office were polite and professional. They contacted the Property Management company that I had been dealing with for nearly a year and they were able to obtain the security deposit within days. A huge thank you to, Dianna, Priscilla, Maricela, Anais and Sebastian for assisting me in this matter. I am truly grateful for you all!

Lost my daughter’s case . She only talked to lawyer very briefly spent most of the time talking to paralegal Ericka Rodriguez Maybe if she didn’t spend most of the court time looking at her watch or looking at herself on her phone I don’t think Rodriguez should be on fb/ Snapchat (back and fourth) during the court process unprofessional when dealing with a court case . Please talk to your paralegal to represent better . Thank you

I wish I could give zero stars. My experience with this law firm has been a complete waste of time and has added significant stress to an already difficult situation. I provided a comprehensive summary of my case as requested. I was told someone would get back to me to discuss the next steps. That was over 3 three weeks ago. Since then, I have called at least five times. Each time, I am promised that a message will be passed along and that I will receive a callback. It never happens. It is incredibly disrespectful to leave a client in the dark like this. If you are too busy to take on new cases, have the decency to tell people. Do not just take their information and then ghost them. I am now forced to start my search for legal representation all over again, having lost valuable time.

There staff here sucks paralegal Ericka doesn’t comprehend her work field . Even when I’m given her details of my case . They never call back but quick to discuss payment. I suggest you go take a refresher class if your going to continue working under a law firm & while your at it communication class as well because the way you speak to strangers is uncalled for says a lot about yourself .

Was referred to these guys via prepaid legal plan. At first it seemed that they were very helpful, however they disappeared. Let me agree to more than I should have, no strategy. Biggest issue is that I contacted them regarding how to proceed. Called and called for months until they reached out to me requesting documents and payment of retainer as they had used all of my allotted prepaid time. Come to find out from my new attorney that opposing counsel requested documents months prior....so basically my case was held up because of no contact with next steps. 4 MONTHS!!!! I could have been done with everything already! Lastly, I understand people need to get paid for their work and time and man, do law firms tag you. But strategy meetings without actually letting your client know strategy? Feels a bit fraudulent.

Horrible staff , Their Paralegal Ericka Rodriguez was unprofessional & sounded dumb when she was given me basic information made no sense. Should have came to the reviews sooner. Reason why I won’t be hiring this firm for my divorce case. Pick a different field this type of work requires to help people out.

I THINK ITS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL THING ANY COMPANY OR FIRM CAN DEMONSTRATE. COMMUNICATION IS KEY IN ANY RELATIONSHIP. I TRIED OBTAINING REPRESENTATION FOR OVER 5 MONTHS. SENT IN ALL MY INFORMATION AND THEY SIMPLY CHOSE NOT TO GET BACK TO ME. THEY'LL JUST LEAVE YOU HANGING. AS IF NEEDING AN ATTORNEY WASN'T STRESSFUL ENOUGH. READ ALL THE REVIEWS. THEY DONT HOLD A LOW 3.9 RATING FOR NOTHING. GOD BLESS YOU ALL!

Lozano law office satisfied and fulfilled all of my needs...they were able resolve a very complicated legal issue that I had in a timely manner...they are very helpful and kept me in loop...keep up the good work and continue to make a difference in people lives!

Extremely disappointed with the recent outcome of my traffic case, they didn’t get what I requested them to receive and were very clueless on the questions. I might as well have represented myself if I knew this was going to happen. Would not recommend them to anyone from here on out.

I’ve heard good things about the attorneys at this law firm, but unfortunately, my experience with their paralegal Ericka Rodriguez was disappointing. As someone who has worked in law enforcement for over 10 years, I’ve interacted with many legal professionals, and I’ve never come across a paralegal as rude and dismissive as the one I spoke to here. Not only did she offer no helpful advice, but she also hung up on me mid-conversation and didn’t even have the courtesy to call back. That kind of unprofessional behavior speaks volumes. It’s unfortunate because I was seriously considering hiring this firm for my divorce case. I'm now glad I chose to go elsewhere. While the lawyers may be competent in handling smaller matters as some reviews suggest the front line experience matters just as much. And in my case, it was enough to walk away.
