I sighned my settlement release papers nearly 2 months ago and they keep telling me the same lies that they never received payment but when i call the insurance company they say they sent out the check weeks ago. Im currently in the works of sueing them and reporting them to the bar association

Beware!! Read the fine print when you sign your case over to them. Read the very bottom. They use it as an excuse to change their mind about the case a year and a half later when they decide they're too busy with other cases. Im writing a second review here because I had 2 cases with them that they handled terribly. They convinced me to hand over one case in order to take the other. Then they said they never said that even though I signed 2 separate papers for 2 separate cases. Then their response was "well on the bottom it says we can change our mind at any time." And they did exactly that to me. Changed their mind 3 weeks before my case hit the statute of limitations leaving me with no options. Such a waste of time. A reasonable time frame to tell me that you're not taking my case would've been about 4-6 weeks tops.
