As a Professional the efforts we have gone through to cultivate a reputation that we hold sacred to our hearts and value dearly, it is important that we have those professionals that stand by to uphold the reputations and defend those whose have been besmirched. Unfortunately, in today’s age of technology and social media it is common practice for one to post reviews of which we all welcome when they are positive ones and ones in which we concern ourselves even more, the negative reviews that are unfounded and without merit, for any reason the person posting the review desires. I recently had such an experience in which my reputation was impugned for unfounded reasons. I am grateful to have had Josh Bloom, esq. Of Lubell and Rosen to represent me and I have to share my experience with those ever placed in such an uncomfortable situation as to receive such a unfounded damaging review. After speaking with Mr. Bloom he allayed my concerns and addressed the issues on hand. Without going into specifics, Mr. Bloom drafted a letter and had the individual served that had posted the damaging review. Suffice it to say that from the initial point of contact to the time it took to have this review removed from all social media by the individual posting the review was no more than 10 days. I would highly recommend Mr. Josh Bloom, esq. If you find yourself in such a position. I am grateful for the legal community recognizing this as something that must be addressed and the representation that Mr. Bloom had rendered.
