⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I highly recommend Vince to anyone in Macomb County who needs strong, honest legal representation. From the beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, and truly cared about doing what was right. He took the time to explain everything clearly, , and approached the case with both skill and compassion. What stood out most was his character. He’s not just a good lawyer — he’s a good man with a heart. He was reasonable, fair, and focused on achieving the best possible outcome without unnecessary stress or cost. If you’re looking for someone you can trust, who will fight for you and treat you like a person instead of a case number, this is the attorney to call. Macomb County is lucky to have

Vince and his team helped me through an extremely difficult case, and I’m so grateful for their guidance and support throughout the entire process. They were professional, responsive, and truly had my best interest in mind. We were able to reach a settlement and finally close a very hard chapter, which brought me so much relief. I can’t thank Vince and his team enough and would highly recommend them to anyone needing strong, reliable legal representation.

Mr. Manzella is by far the best attorney I've hired. The results he got me for custody are beyond anything I imagined. As long as he's practicing law, I will continue to go through him. It was great having someone taking my issues seriously for once.

Where do I begin after a long 10 months I’ve beaten my case and I have forgot what this man did to me Angelo Donnafri if I could give 0 stars I would !!!! This man is A LIAR and should be disbarred I have already reach out to the state general after he said I it was a threat this man told my company the Uaw on a recorded line I did not report that I was being charged criminally when in fact you have to tell them what you are being charged with and what type of case to even get a referral and the prices lie number 1!! When we got on the phone he kept accusing me of doing things and lied and said I broke attorney client privileges by calling to report he have no been to court with me only an associate by Kimberley as stated in a couple reviews down by someone else so that’s lie number 2 he took my money and filed to be removed off my case my sister was murdered the same day so I wasn’t in the head space to fight it and that’s what he told the Uaw lady she didn’t object to also I have only been to court twice since he’s been removed and it’s already over and I’m headed to phase two my lawsuit he’s horrible disrespectful and shouldn’t be anyone’s lawyer he also told me I owed money for some type of FOIA fee 200 dollars and I can take that up with my new lawyer and that was a lie my new lawyer said that hadn’t received any of my evidence I gave him in fact she was able to get me the evidence for the other parties in less then 24 hours ! Lastly not lease on the recorded line he said since I broke attorney privellage already he can discuss all of my case in detail to the supervisor of the Uaw legal services him basically told her I was a criminal in fact I was getting stalked and harassed and was lied on so I took the liberty to google did I break it which will be attached I did not and he make me look like a criminal and told her everything about my case and stole my money beware

Curesha: I will try to respond to the parts I understand in your complaint.

You were referred to me by the UAW with a charge of malicious use of a telecommunications device. You were charged with harassing a colleague from work with your phone. I substituted your prior lawyer who you claimed was not properly representing you.

I believed in your case based upon the fake CPS report that your “friend” (as you called her) made about you, the testimony given at a PPO hearing by her, and the many police reports she made against you. I was prepared to go to trial to assert your innocence.

You were a nervous client, but I tried to calm you in our more than 10 telephone conversations. This was hard since you suffered from a deep sense of paranoia. You made many unfounded claims, like how the system was biased in favor of your friend/colleague, how you were targeted because of your race (though you and your colleague share the same race), and how you believed that this prosecution was part of a large conspiracy by unnamed government officials who did not know you, but wanted to see you in jail.

Though I tried to represent you despite your difficulties, you destroyed our ability to work together on October 14, 2025. On that day, you called me to complain about your case. After we talked, you and I came to an understanding, and you were relaxed. But the same day, Sonya from the UAW called and claimed that you told the UAW that my office had missed seven of your court dates. This was obviously a lie because (1) we had been to court only three times, and (2) my office always showed up. We also presented the evidence that you provided to the prosecutor, and once the prosecution told us that the case would not be dismissed, we chose to proceed to trial. Sonya also explained how you never told the UAW that your referral was for a criminal case. Sonya acknowledged that I had satisfactorily rebutted your lies. After I called to confront you, you admitted that you had said these things in jest and were just stressed. I resolved to withdraw from your case after you cursed me (like many times before) and since you falsely accused me of misconduct.

On October 28, 2025, I appeared in court to withdraw from your case. I presented you with the materials you provided me with as well. You acknowledged receipt of these things on the record. That same day, you and Tammie from the UAW called Kimberly, another lawyer in my office, to complain about me again. You falsely claimed that we had not showed up to court, had not presented your evidence to the prosecution, and sought your personal demise. After Kimberly told me you called, I joined you all on the call. For 25 minutes, I explained your conduct, how you had lied before, and how I had withdrawn from your case that same day. I informed Tammie that two weeks prior, Sonya from the UAW had determined that I satisfactorily rebutted your claims. Tammie confirmed that I earned my $750 fee from you and that I did nothing wrong. The call was ended.

As for the $200, that was owed to the City of Warren to obtain videos for your case that were not provided to my office. You agreed to pay for these costs when you signed a contract with my office. A client paying for discovery is routine. By the time the invoice had come, I had withdrawn from your case. You were/are always responsible for these costs, which is why you were invoiced by the City.

As for the privilege you speak of, since you made two complaints, you waived any confidentiality, not me. Given your false accusations of misconduct, I defended myself in accordance with Michigan Rule of Professional Conduct 1.6(c)(5).

In short, you have always spun tales of woe and misconduct by everyone except you, but, as Tammie and Sonya found, they are untrue. I represent my clients diligently, and I ask you do the right thing and remove this defamatory review.

Angelo Donofrio

Attorney Vince Manzella’s office is hands down one of the best in Macomb County. Vince is a skilled, strategic attorney who truly cares about achieving the best possible outcome for his clients. Donna, his paralegal, is incredibly attentive, quick to respond, and eager to help — her knowledge of the law and attention to detail make the process smooth and efficient. This firm doesn’t waste time or money. They prioritize what truly matters, including the well-being of minor children in family matters. David Myers, a current client, said it best: “Everyone needs a Vince Manzella in their corner — everyone else is a waste of time and money.” If you want representation that is knowledgeable, compassionate, and effective, this is the team you want fighting for you.

Response from owner

Thank you, Kayla, for your thoughtful 5-star review! We’re so glad to hear that Vince, Donna, and our team provided the care, strategy, and support you needed. Your kind words mean a lot to us. If anyone is seeking a dedicated Macomb County family law attorney, our office is here to help.

I hired Angelo Donnafrio for numerous cases. Primarily for business and probate. I just lost both of my parents last year. My mother in March and my father in June. He only appeared to this date twice in court! I have called numerous amount of times to get the ball rolling. I paid a retainer which he blew by phone calls of nonsense checking to see how I was doing yada yada yada! With nothing accomplished! Came to a point where he had to file a motion to withdraw. Me finding another attorney that's more aggressive and wanting to get stuff done in a professional manner. As the bills kept coming from this firm. They will not be happy with my results! Nothing got accomplished on my business aspects. Everything that was done contract-wise look like it was presented and printed from chat GPT! This firm is a complete joke of a money grab while they're all on the golf course hitting golf balls together with other attorneys wheeling and dealing how to settle each other's cases and supporting the Lucido name. Very shameful of a disgrace!

Allen: You had multiple cases in my office. However, our office has represented you many times, including to terminate your probation for committing child abuse against your daughter, which you were pleased with.
I probated both your mother and father’s estates. There were only two court dates in these two cases. In your mother’s case, the first court date was to get you and your sister appointed as co-personal representatives. We appeared together and this was done. At that point, we needed to distribute your mother’s retirement account to you. What you did not know was that the account listed your father as beneficiary, meaning we needed to probate his estate. When I told you this, you said to do whatever was necessary. This was always your attitude and you were generally pleasant.
Once we filed your father’s probate case, a court date was scheduled for late July 2025. However, you randomly called me and all lawyers “assholes.” I was shocked because it came unprovoked. However, you apologized to me. I still appeared on your father’s case to adjourn it so you could potentially sue your sister for theft from your parents. I did this after you fired me. I filed motions to withdraw from your cases, which is required (since the lawyer you claimed would substitute me out never did).
You also expressed frustration because you owned a home with your sister but wanted your sister to leave so you could sell it and keep all the sales proceeds. I informed you (on no less than four occasions) that this was not legal, and that if you wanted her to leave, that you must file a lawsuit for partition, but you refused. I also told you that, if the home was sold in a partition case, the proceeds would likely be distributed 50-50 minus expenditures made by you both.
You retained me to review and draft a purchase agreement for the purchase of a building in Waterford. I reached out to the seller(s) and tried to find out who would draft the agreement. However, the seller(s) were evasive, but the seller(s) asked that I do it. I say “seller(s)” since it turns out that you were dealing with two people who frequently pretended to be the other (and when they answered my calls). A purchase agreement was never drafted since the seller(s) did not provide me with terms, documents pertinent to ownership of the property and business (that occupied the building), or any other necessary details. The seller(s) eventually stopped responding to my calls and emails, which we discussed on several occasions. You then decided to sue them though you gave them money with no contract, so I researched how you could sue. However, given what happened (and since you gave money with no written agreement) you could not sue the seller(s) since the statute of frauds requires a written and signed purchase agreement (with no exceptions in your case). You agreed with my analysis and decided to forego that lawsuit. You also told me in late June 2025 that you wanted another attorney sue the seller(s), and you never expressed displeasure at that point, so I do not know why you are complaining now. You also say that the things I did “contract-wise” seemed like Chat GPT created them, but I do not know what you mean since a contract was not drafted.
I also drafted an operating agreement for your company that I incorporated with the State of Michigan. You needed this document for an asset sale, but I advised you against it, and you agreed.
I spoke with you quite often during your ordeals, and you happily paid your bills, but then accused me of wasting time. You also accused me of not providing you with documents or copies of your signed contracts, but you admitted that was untrue when you fired me, and after I showed you an email I sent you with the signed agreements (which you told me to keep on one occasion). You always agreed with my legal analysis, even if you did not like the answers. Your accusations are malicious, or worse, delusional.

I don't even know how they ended up with my garnishment. However they retrieved an overpayment of 186.62 of my hard earned money. There was a judgement issued by the court for a certain amount and they received more than the judgement. Brad said I'm not getting anything back. Is it legal to add fees after the judgement and garnishment have been satisfied meaning once they have started garnishing wages? How did a divorce lawyer end up with a realty case? Must be family. Advice to all pay close attention to your garnishment. STOP them yourself once you see you have satisfied judgement! They are not honest and will not give it back! Lessoned learned notes taken.....on to the BBB I go.......
