Don’t go to him he is rude and very unprofessional and disrespectful doesn’t know how to approach the client. My husband just died and dude is telling me what my husband and I should’ve done with our life like if I’m his kid telling what I should’ve have done!!! Don’t hire him as a lawyer Or any other lawyers he deals with cause I the lawyers he has recommended me. Have done me wrong!!!

I came into Mr. Valdez office just to ask a simple question on probate that was hired by family. He literally called me an idiot, I had no business there. He doesn’t have a secretary. So yes, I came by. He was rude, cursed me out and told me to get out! Mind you, I kept my cool out of shock! I will be reporting to the bar! He’s a miserable man with ZERO ethics and decency! He’s at least 80 & has no business practicing law!
