If I could give a 0 star for Abogada Luna I would. She is extremely rude and doesn't even let her clients speak. She took over 10 years to pass the test to become an immigration lawyer and it honestly shows. She is inexperienced and doesn't bother to file the paperwork correctly. If we had a question she would dismiss us and didn't give us copies of the paperwork she was filling. DO NOT waste your money with this lawyer, she filled all of our paperwork incorrectly and made us waste 4 years for nothing. All she cares about is money and not actually helping her clients. HORRIBLE SERVICE, UNPROFESSIONAL, & RUDE.

If you are looking to get ripped off, this is your place. Good luck trying to speak with the attorney when you need help in your case. You get nothing but the run around. This attorney does not understand that your whole life could be on the line. Stuck in mexico for 10 years because she couldn't do her job she was paid to do and now I won't be able to see my family.

I would like to share my experience of political asylum, the man seemed to be the boss, the first impression I received was despotic and too contemptuous towards our case and my family, I never looked at anything he did for us, when I finished paying them I didn't even receive anything, they would never keep me informed of the process... people who don't know about the process can hardly know what continues, currently I am adrift, he never did anything and the worst thing is that we paid them a lot of money for nothing, it hurts me more that we had no way to pay them and we sold food so as not to let them down, paying the lawyer first than eating ourselves; I think you have to know how to investigate well the lawyer who has to handle your case, because it is very sad to go to this kind of professionals without empathy. When they have money or forget how they started, they presume what they are not, since for many migrants they have what they have. LOOK FOR PEOPLE WITH HEART WHO WILL HELP YOU IN YOUR PROCESS. DO NOT LET YOURSELVES BE GUIDED BY THE APPEARANCES OF A NICE DESK OR A NICE CLOTHING.

The lawyer was trying to charge and make it seem that it takes 10+ to get your work permit when it take less then that.
