Communication was not at all what I would have expected. I had to send multiple emails to get a response. Then I was mislead during my mediation. I would not recommend them to anyone. Minos did a good job. I cannot say he didn't. But good luck hearing anything back when you need answers. Not to mention the rudeness I experienced at times. I didn't know what to expect. I never thought I would be in a situation like I was. I didn't need to be talked down to. Nor should I have been mislead about fees. Which I definitely was. There was a lot of waste in my case that I wasn't made aware of. When I reached out I was told that it was discussed multiple times with me but it was not at all. Very disappointing to say the least.

My experience with Lundy Law was excellent. My case involving a slip and fall lasted about 4 1/2 years, and my attorney kept me informed the entire way. They did all the filings, paperwork, hiring of experts, at no cost to me until settlement. I contacted them to represent me in a workplace accident. They told me they didn't handle those cases but that they would assign me some associates, but these associates have been useless and don't even respond to my messages.

UPDATE!!! When I finally did speak to someone, they informed me they were only interested in doing my workers compensation claim, not actually pursuing the lawsuit against the business, where I have valid actual proof of discrimination harassment sexual harassment bullying hostile work environment and Health violations that caused my injury, along with not fixing the time clock and not paying me hours actually worked! I can't believe how pathetic this law firm is! The only thing they were interested in was fast money, they wanted to do the workers compensation claim, but not actually put in the effort to pursue the lawsuit that absolutely was a winning lawsuit, they just didn't want to put in the time and effort to do it, because I'm sure like other people have stated it wouldn't have been a big enough payout for them to do so, they would have absolutely got to pay out but they were probably wanting millions! DO NOT USE LUNDY LAW RUN FAR FAR AWAY AND FIND A ACTUAL RESPECTABLE ATTORNEY'S OFFICE!!! You can't even get to where You can speak to an Attorney! Because the People they have call You, don't speak English very well, so they repeat everything, and have You repeat everything! It's extremely frustrating! I have a Case, that I am wanting to speak to a Attorney about, but I guess I'll never get to! I'll have to move on to another one, and it's a shame, because I have heard such Good things about them! I hope someone who matters & can change this will see My Review! You need to do better, with the People You have reach out to potential clients! If We CAN'T even get through this process, there's absolutely NO way that YOU will ever be able to Speak to us, about OUR Case!

My son and I were involved in a rearend crash on 95N. We were hit around 50mph. I have insurance and the other driver has insurance, and Lundy law leta me know in fancy legal terms they won't make enough money on it, and they would source my case out to anthor attorney. Sorry I was looking for help in this time of need, didn't know money trumped that.
