Not a client ,got as far as a phone call. Woman who answered the phone was horrible to me .at one point basically cut me off to say something to the effect of the only thing I care about in terms of a potential case here is did u have a catastrophic injury or illness as a result of neglect while I was trying 2 explain how the ER caused my car accident by discharging me less than 2 hrs after sedating me w Ativan 2 counteract an allergic reaction to a drug they inappropriately gave me. I was also trying 2 explain how delayed diagnosis caused me yrs of suffering without proper treatment for Chiari Malformation..she told me I was giving her lots of information in no particular order & abrasively interrupted me repeatedly. Pretty much told me I have no case because its not worth it for 10 k in car repairs. It is more than car repair compensation but she was only interested in catastrophic injury. Fine but dont tell me I have no case Absolutely awful.
