Called seeking an employment attorney - since that's how they're advertised on google, I thought they might be a good place to start. They returned a call with the only question being, "Were you injured at work?" If not, we are not interested. But they were happy to refer me to a poorly rated attorney I intentionally did not call based on their awful reviews. I can appreciate that your another ambulance-chasing type, and it's okay to be that. Just don't hold yourself out as an employment attorney. Very misleading and a waste of time. Equally important, your referrals are a reflection of your firm and when you refer to subpar folks, you will be viewed the same.
We handle some employment claims when people have workers comp injuries. We refer people to other employment attorneys who can handle your issue and your situation if we can not help. I don't have control over other attorney's ratings just like I don't have control of you giving me a bad rating even though you were not even a client. I guess I could have not bothered to call you back and not tried to help you and then you would not given me a bad rating. We get a lot of calls for employment claims that are not really cases but we still want to make sure you get an opinion from an attorney who handles your case within your budget. Some attorneys won't help if you can't pay and some work on a contingency.
I called they did not handle these kind of cases but the lady was very helpful and provided me with a referral. Thank you

I did not see your name in our computer system so you have never been a client of our firm. If you have a question, feel free to call me on Monday at 561-598-7120. We get tons of calls from people for lawsuits that we do not handle. If we can not help you we will be happy to refer you to an attorney that can help.
A very professional law firm that has the clients best interests at heart. I'm not one who particularly likes lawyers or doctors but I have to say Lyle and his associate's are top notch!
