Though this review is delayed it does not take away from the impact that Moriah had in my divorce. There are some people you find during the hardest season of your life who quietly change everything. Moriah king is a shameful lawyer to say the least. Not only did she lie to me multiple times, she wrote up a parenting agreement so poorly we’ve had to go back to court already since the signing 2 months ago. We’re expected to go back again to make changes as well. Don’t waste your time or money, find yourself a good lawyer. Can’t speak for the other lawyers, but avoid Moriah.

Very disappointed in my experience with the office and especially Carmela M. Miraglia. I met with her and had a few conversations with her about my divorce before I hired her. She came highly recommend and i did my homework. I gave the office $10,000, i delivered all past files to her. She was ok with communication at first and then it was weeks away from a court dates and all i did was send a kind email as to my concern from lack of communication and being worried about what was being done. When you give someone $10,000, isn't that what you deserve as a client? I got an immediate resposnse that if i didnty like it i could hire a new attorney and get a refund. See the email below. WOW, can you imagine being treated like that when you are going through one of the most stressful times in your life. She does not care, that is eveident in the email below. Even when i went to pick up my file which was a very heavy box the receoptionist, Tammy could not even get from her chair to help open the door. AS they say in Pretty Woman, BIG mistake. My husband is dragging this out, would have been more money for them not to mention, after this is over i need a will, trust, formal adoption of my granddaughter and severeal other family members wouldhave hired their office on my recommenation. The company lost out on a lot of major future buinsess with me and dont value relationships one bit. No one should be treated like this. Think long and hard before you hire them as they will tell you what you want to hear in a diffcult time but dont care to back it up or help with compassion. Email to me after weeks of having my file Yes i feel like i need someone who pays attention and will work on my case vs leaving me hanging for weeks and nothing done 2 weeks before court. I have learned a lot about divorve in 2 years and being treated like this when you need help and turn over $10,000 is more than unacceptable. You be the judge after this review. I am not in the habit of sending unnecessary subpoenas; I will review the documents that were produced by Husband’s counsel and determine if there are additional documents that were not provided.*********** If you feel you need someone who can dedicate more attention to your case, I understand. Was given an appointment was told 8 to 8000 to 10,000 to retain this lawyer when I hadn’t even had a consult first I wanted to know if I should be retaining a lawyer I wanted to ask the question and they want eight to $10,000 to retain this lawyer it’s bogus they said they would call they never called the lady I spoke to on the phone was so rude Very rude. I can’t even believe she does customer service that’s OK that’s not the problem. The problem is I don’t think Lawyer even knows what’s happening on the phone when his secretary speaks where they’re coming from but I don’t get how they handled that I waited two days to hear from this lawyer and then that’s what I got , I’ll give you two stars that

Representing myself against Jason, I’m appalled and shocked how simple procedural tasks (like ensuring opposing counsel has memorandum 3 days before trial) are not completed on time. He took over for another attorney… but they missed a perjury hearing with the magistrate And then he said, paraphrasing of course “Lawyers aren’t under oath so we can’t be committed of perjury” Your client wasn’t given the statement so nobody can be charged here… So you’re saying it’s ok to lie in court? As there are no ramifications- what about the board of ethics? No attempt to settle - he’s like most attorneys -> a GLORIFIED SALESMAN that needs to know the law but only job is to take as much money from his clients rather than advise them to settle

We found ourselves in the middle of a legal process that we knew very little about. We had worked with another attorney for earlier stages of the process and we were not confident about how to approach the path forward… and then we hired Nicole Levy. Nicole immediately put us at ease. She was knowledgeable about the entire legal process and guided us forward all while taking our ideas into account, moving us in a direction that we were all comfortable and confident with. Nicole communicated with us frequently and clearly throughout all of the stages and made sure that we were adequately prepared. Our only regret is that we didn’t hire Nicole earlier in the process.
