When I was involved in a car crash in late 2020, I accidentally ran into Jarian. We got to talking and quickly I trusted him to take care of the case. After a long year and a half we finally found a resolution together and I could not be more glad of the decision I made when I went into his office and chose him to take care of us. As with any lawyer I would highly recommend doing research and due diligence by asking friends family on who they recommend before making a decision. Each accident is unique and the type of insurance coverage you currently have and the other party involved in the accident is what ultimately determines what you will recoup. Lyons Legal was recommended to me by a family member who used their service for their accident Responsiveness maybe an issue, If you're the type of individual that needs constant updates and communication than this firm may not be the best fit you will usually get updates once a month and that is something that was communicated to me by them. Updates can come every 3-4 weeks an if you need to hear back you may have to leave multiple messages with their answering service. For my particular case they were adequate and it took about 8 months from accident to settlement. However I would highly recommend you to research the PIP Laws of Florida as well as know the limits of your insurance coverage such as Uninsured Motorist and ask those specific questions upfront as those are the parameters that determine your case.

I’m convinced The good reviews are fake. When we met everything was perfect but after the first month things became terrible. You hire a lawyer to handle your case and everything that comes with it, promised certain things wouldn’t hit my credit while the case is going on well unfortunately that wasn’t true, I find myself calling all the time to set up appointments to speak to him, I’m calling hospitals, insurance companies etc so I’m not understanding the reason why i even hired him if I’m doing ALL the work, I’ve spoken to other lawyers and they clearly stated “he works for you” “as you’re lawyer he is responsible for handling you’re case, you shouldn’t be making ANY phone calls u less it’s for him” he also stated the hospital wouldn’t give him any information, which I know is false and it just keep getting worst and worst. honestly the only reason he has not been fired is because he would still have to get paid for what he did/didn’t do. NEVER AGAIN. Good people, bad for business
