I contacted this law firm seeking a free consultation for an auto injury case. I was initially transferred to one of the partners, who asked me to call back the next day. When I followed up twice, the receptionist told me he was unavailable but would return my call. It has now been three days, and I have not received any response. Based on my experience, the firm did not provide the consultation they advertised and did not follow through with communication. I would recommend potential clients be aware of this before choosing them
