I am so excited to write this review! I received a heart rending notice by the state board that a complaint was made against me. I was distraught and confused,not knowing what to expect. I did my research and found one of the best lawyers in the business to represent me. I reached out to Mr. Darrin Dest and related to him my situation. He was very kind,attentive and immediately got to work on my case. He was able to tackle the issue and my case was DISMISSED! Thank you Mr.Dest !

When there was a complaint launched against me I reached Betty Smith to protect my License. Betty Smith has been amazing right from the start of my case. I have been a nurse for the last 36 years And a nurse practitioner for the last 26 and I have never had to deal with a State Board complaint. But unfortunately, three years ago a complaint was filed and I found Betty Smith attorney in Austin Texas. She is a partner with Lype Dest Smith Law Firm. She has been a blessing the last three years. I did not know anything about what to do from step one to step 20 and she took care of everything, she eased my fears and made sure that I received the best representation in order to continue to protect my license. We got word today that the case has been closed and nothing further needed to be done.
