Let me state this clearly: stay away from Wayne and his firm. I contacted Wayne to ask about an issue I was experiencing, and he told me he would review it and get back to me. Instead, he came up with his own solution—one that did not benefit me. When I chose not to proceed with what he wanted to do, he sent me an email with a bill. The amount charged was outrageous, totaling over $1,000. The bill included charges for reviewing information, preparing a letter to the client (opinion), telephone conferences, file work, a memo to Larry, reviewing the file and conferencing with Wayne, and a telephone conference with the client. At no point did he clearly explain that charges would begin immediately from the first phone call. He looks for—or creates—reasons to bill you. His favorite line is that he “doesn’t work for free,” yet he failed to properly inform me of his billing practices upfront. I also spoke with other lawyers, and none of them handled matters the way he did. He even threatened to send the bill to collections if payment was not made. What he is doing is not right. Do your research before speaking with him or giving him a call. Stay away. He does not deserve a one star!

Hired this firm to assist with a legal issue. Worked with the attorney Larry Boothe. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and responsive. He explained everything to me and kept me updated about my case. He was reasonable about billing and explained all charges if I had any questions.

I wish I had researched him before I hired him. He didn’t show up for not one of my court days. Instead he sent an inexperienced attorney to represent me to no avail. They couldn’t even serve to plaintiff, but instead asked me to tell the person that they had court. He charges these outrages fees for any form of contact. If you call him, it’s a fee; if you email him, it’s a fee. Highway robbery. If you’re looking for someone to represent you, look elsewhere.

He was not interested in my case. Ask me why I took care of my Ex-husband when he was sick an dying and we were divorced. He preached about people living together and that there is no common law I AL any more. Made me feel uncomfortable at times even laughed at me. Promised to send me an email with follow-up. No response to date. Bad Consult.

I cannot say enough good things about this firm! From the very first meeting with Mr. Boothe I felt confident he would go above and beyond for me. He was great at communicating and explaining everything. He made a difficult time in my life easier to manage.

I had two separate custody issues I needed resolved. Both issues were resolved in a timely manner and to my liking. I didn’t feel at any point as though they were trying to gouge me for money or mislead me to drag out my case. I was paired with an attorney named Larry Boothe Jr. he was courteous and knowledgeable. Every question I had he had an answer. He was able to suggest the proper course of action I should take with my cases. In the end I got the result I wanted. I honestly felt like he cared about my issues and was willing to dedicate time to me. Overall I would rate them 10 stars if I could. I’ve had attorneys over the years but never one that I felt truly cared about my issues. Until I found these guys. I highly recommend them. They are the best attorneys I’ve dealt with.
