Just ordered new Big Arch, patties were dry & thin, not worth $8.59 for a sandwich. Now I remember why I stop visiting McDonald's.

Can you guys not take 30 minutes to get me my food every single time I come here? It’s not even worth going here anymore. It’s literally faster to drive to Bluffton, get Wendy’s, then come back. When I do get my food it’s usually wrong or missing sauces. Get it together.

I waited over 20 minutes for a Sausage McGriddle and hashbrown. I was given a Sausage McMuffin. I can’t have cheese, so I could not eat the sandwich after waiting for a long time.

The food was so good and the service but the line i got there at 1:00 pm and I did not get out of there utill 1:55 pm and I was Oley 3 cars back wen I got there sorry the food was so so so good gust tri to Be a little bit more kwicer ok🙂

They need to do better at putting orders together. Multiple times now they haven't put sauce in with my order. Pay attention and check the bags!!!!

The drive thru needs cleaned up .it's horrible dirty outside of drive up window send someone out to clean it up it's been that way for at least a month if not longer
