I’ve been working with Mack Injury Attorney on my case since Feb 2024 and the experience has had its highs and lows but overall I am grateful to have the team I had by the end. In spite of things starting off rocky, I am really happy with the turn around of services & the change of my caseworker/legal aid rep . Ms. Avila was seasoned , polite and respectful which I appreciate as this was my first experience with car accident attorneys. & My first experience with a car accident to this magnitude period. I was seriously injured, out of work, out of a car and just didn’t even know where to start or what to expect. So I appreciate Ms. Avila and Mr. Mack for the work they have done thus far . Nathaniel Mack is great at what he does and he truly cares about his clients. After being out of work for 9 months and having no income, Mr. Mack didn’t hesistate to financially asist & when I expressed major concerns with how my case was being handled, he made sure to call me personally to rectify any issues & provided me with his personal contact information in case any mishaps or emergencies occurred in the future which I so greatly appreciate.
