THIEVES !!! I can't believe you're actually going to keep my ( $2,500) After doing nothing! And being told by attorney Stephens that he would instruct your office to reimburse me. Buyer beware. ! Be professional and follow up as you stated you would do. Weeks later... I will be following up!!!

Not sure how they do in court because when I called the most disrespectful lady ever answered the phone I told her I have the money which is 500$ up front and she insisted that I did not and would not give me her name then hung up in my face I've tried to call back and she declined my call twice this is not a "bogus" review I called sunday November 30th 2025 Edit: like I was told from everyone I asked about this law firm he reported my review, it does not go against Google policy since I did call them it was not the incorrect number he's trying to make his company seem better then it is I have the phone records and will now be reporting him to Google for false reports of his company

I will be filling a legal malpractice lawsuit because of the lack of representation and no contact leading to warrants for my arrest and New charges. Will take this down if anything changes and charges against me are dropped.

Money they ask you for upfront is wasted; they don't do their job, they deceive you with a lot of legal jargon, that's all. I went to request legal services for my husband. During the orientation, the first thing they asked for was money upfront for his case, even though he hadn't filed anything with the officer yet because he wanted to speak with them first. They told me not to, which I did, but it cost me the case file. They, as a law firm, didn't give me any answers about the case because I didn't have one until I received the court letter. They didn't even know that. I never spoke to the lawyer again, who was Mack's partner. On the day of the court hearing, he hadn't even reviewed the case. To my surprise, it was Mack who attended to represent me. He knew the people who filed the case and was offering me what they wanted. At no point did he defend me as the lawyer I paid him for. He didn't do his job, like staying informed about the information I had offered him. In short, it was money wasted, money they made sure they had in their favor. The service was terrible in every way. I don't recommend them. The money they ask for in advance is lost; they don't do their job; they deceive you with many words. of laws, that's all. I hired the Mack Law offices to handle my criminal case, took it to trial & we won! Attorney Stephen's was confident the whole time & he did a fantastic job defending me & proving my innocence. I highly recommend him if you are looking for criminal defense help. 😊

I had a terrible experience with this law firm. Initially, Mack and his wife seemed polite, courteous, and confident that they could get the case dismissed. We trusted them and paid $1,250 upfront, but unfortunately, they did absolutely NOTHING. After the initial visit to the precinct (which we later learned from another attorney we shouldn't have done in the first place), they became nearly impossible to contact. When we finally managed to reach them, they started asking for more money without showing any progress or results. To make matters worse, when we asked clarifying questions, Mack became visibly agitated and defensive. He even mentioned that he was traveling when I called, as if that excused the lack of communication and follow-through. Save yourself the time, energy, and frustration. Find a lawyer who is committed to doing what’s right and genuinely cares about your case. This was a disappointing and costly lesson. Avoid this firm.

We paid $8000 for representation and nothing happened. When the money 💰 was owed they called everyday. There has been no communication between the attorney and the client since the money was paid. When we called about it, the paralegal lady was extremely rude and disrespectful and went ahead and hung up yhe phone on me. I'm not sure what is up with the so called service that's being offered 🤔. But their actions are extremely questionable

Worst group of lawyers Pennsylvania has to offer. Uneducated, unprofessional and unable to properly represent their clients. Bottom of the barrel staff. Complete side show act with no real intention on helping their clients. Do not waste your money on them unless you are prepared to lose your case.

Mack Law Offices is hands down all about their clients. I got a felony retail theft and hired them immediately. I was so nervous and worried due to my criminal record. I was represented by Attorney Marsilio after speaking to Mr. Mack himself who assured me I was in the best of hands. And then after seeing Attorney Stephens, who helped me remain positive. Attorney Marsilio got the job done. I walked out of that courtroom with a summary offense. From a felony to a summary, these guys can really work their magic. I was SHOCKED and IMPRESSED. I could not believe it. It still does not feel real. That made my whole year, honestly. I am so grateful to all of you and so blessed that I had the means to hire you guys. Attorney Marsilio made me feel so comfortable and calm. He literally put a smile on my face the first 2 minutes of meeting him. Thank you all so much. We live in Florida and had to hire Mack Law Offices to work my sons case. Multiple felonies, and misdemeanors, attorney William Stephens did his thing and my son and I are super happy with the outcome. Attorney Stephens was very involved and attentive. There were some glitches involved, none of which were the fault of Mack offices. They took care of the issue as fast as possible.
