Was trying to ask a question and the secretary, or whoever answered the phone started screaming in a manly voice that they will not help me. I would never hire them just on the fact that I would have to hear that voice in the office

Stay away from this firm. They are not able to handle simple Wills and Probate cases. They don't follow conflict of interest protocal.

Reached out to help my husband obtain a lawyer to fight for child custody of his son THAT HE WANTS TO BE IN THE CHILD'S LIFE only to be denied help and service due to conflict of interest. Why is it that if a mother ask for help, help is given. But if a father ask for help, he gets denied services? It doesn't make sense to me. A parent shouldn't have to loose custody of his or her child due low income because we can't afford a decent lawyer. It's literally a run around. One says get a lawyer, one says get legal advise then turn around and say get a lawyer. Please do better for people in the future who come to you asking for help. Services also shouldn't be denied because the last name of Krebs is involved. He is a Marine Vet of two tours and I am a First Responder Interior firefighter & EMT-Basic. I maintain two jobs and he has one. We are not lazy people or slackers. We just want a equal fighting chance for child custody.

Disappointed! Called this office needing a Divorce Attorney. Left message.. When I got the call back, the lady said she would need to check if there is a conflict of interest. She never called me back. 3 days later I called and left a message and still never got a call back.
