Went to the legal team to put together a trust, will and testament. I was apprehensive at first due to what I was needing to create but Mrs. Jones and her team (Lesa Rubin) gave me questionnaires and so forth to make the process super easy. We had some email exchanges and some calls but overall the process was quick and painless. I know that if I need to make any changes all I have to do is ask and will have full support. They gave me all the docs ahead of time in email form so I can review at my leisure. That made the scheduling and appointment to sign super quick and easy. Will I go back to this firm? Heck yeah. I like it when things like this are easy as they tend not to be depending on who you are dealing with and what needs to be drafted up. Thanks team for all your help! Super Positive experience!!

When people ask me about my divorce I will tell them of my horrible experience but not with my husband. There is absolutely nothing we can say thats positive about the experience with this firm. If you have an urgent case or any easy divorce you'd like to process under a year do not waste your time here. I was told I'd have my decree drafted A MONTH AGO, and nothing has been sent and they don't return my calls or emails. Came here because my legal insurance pays for it but I would rather pay someone than never get divorced because I'm not a priority to Mrs.Qualls.

LISA.IS.THE.BEST!!! It is so good to have her on your side. My case was one of the most complicated case involving international borders. I had hired another attorney before who messed it up for me. I requested Lisa to take my case on a very short notice. She was kind enough to take it. She dedicated herself to it and today the judgement was in my favor. I think we go through a very complicated and stressful period during our family law issues. The ability to make the best decisions often get compromised in such situations. I reached out to this firm for will and trust services covered under my legal plan. The officer manager emailed to ask me for my member and case number. I asked to speak to an attorney regarding the services they render and was told that without my member and case number, they can't schedule an initial discussion/consultation unless I pay a $150 flat fee. Needless to say I was turned off and did not sign up - this firm doesn't seem to understand what client or customer service entails.

Amazing and Beautiful law office in Frisco, building is new and law office is nearly palatial in appearance. MacKoy seems to really know her stuff and I'm sure she is a fabulous no nonsense Attorney in the court room for her Clients. I fear that her services would have been beyond our price range and after the initial consultation she referred us to several other attorneys that would be better suited to handle our situation. So she is definitely honest and not about needlessly wasting people's time if the show isn't a good fit.

I've used this law firm twice for issues concerning my ex being in contempt of a court order over child support issues and non payments. The first time was with Deborah Mackoy and I was granted all back child support, unpaid medical expenses, court costs and attorney fees. Deborah was very efficient, professional and was pleased from start to finish with my results. Four years have passed since I first hired this law firm. I started having issues again with my ex not abiding by our court order. I didn't hesitate to contact this law firm and was assigned attorney Christine Qualls. Christine was professional and performed exceptional in court. Once again we were granted all child support, uninsured medical expenses, court costs and attorney fee's. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Christine Qualls again for any issues that arise .

Hired Hernandez for a divorce. She did a great "sales pitch" when I interviewed her. She openly admitted that opposing council was going to be aggressive and will "make it harder than it has to be". She knew what she was up against. Temporary Hearing. A train wreck. Opposing council was organized and executed his plan perfectly. Hernandez was unprepared and had no game plan. I had supplied her with documentation to counter opposing council. She never presented it. Following day I asked her why. She said she "could not do that to another woman". Well, she had no problem doing it to me. She also told my adult kids that "this divorce will probably wipe me out". I fired her. Hired a competent firm. Ultimately. I was back in my home in two months. Got sole custody of my daughter. Achieved a fair division of property. I want my money back.
