Stay far away from Victor Terzikyan. He made openly antisemitic remarks and told me he would not represent me because I am Jewish. If you are comfortable with someone who discriminates based on religion or ethnicity, then he’s your person. I strongly advise looking elsewhere.

Excellent! They do everything very well and are attentive to your appointments. All the unpleasant procedures my family needs are being handled there. Very good service, very kind. Payments are in installments; initially, you pay a certain amount as a requirement, and then you pay the remainder over time.

I had to submit more evidence for my asylum application on June 25th. I sent everything by email, and they never called me to tell me if they had sent it to the office. I mean, for something as important as asylum, they didn't even call me. Nothing. Nobody. Am I supposed to think that it's in their best interest for me to be denied? I called thousands of times, sent emails, and today they called me to reschedule a payment. They don't care about you, no, your case, your pain. Nothing, just making a profit and making you feel worthless. They did absolutely nothing for my case. I had to do everything myself. They don't even check if what you submitted is correct. Nothing. I know English and I'm a student; I don't want to imagine what they do to other people. It breaks my heart to see that nobody does anything out of humanity. Yes, of course, you have to pay, but there's no humanity here, only money. I hope this helps others.

When you first start they treat you well, but then they don't answer you if you're already a customer

This law firm has been one of the worst in my opinion. We hired them to help get my aunt out on bail since she was detained by ICE. We were initially given hope and were told so many things that they were going to do. Little did we know that these were just false statements. The court date arrives and the day after our aunt tells us she had to represent herself and there were no attorney accompanying her. We were shocked and therefore confronted the law firm and were eventually just give our money back. I would NOT recommend this law firm as they did not do ANYTHING to help.

I had a profoundly disappointing experience with MacMurray & Associates. After being recommended by a paralegal to consult with Daniel, a criminal defense lawyer at the firm, I was initially impressed by his kindness and attentiveness. However, things quickly deteriorated during my subsequent visits, where I scheduled multiple meetings, but Daniel failed to show up for any of them. During our third meeting, the firm was unable to locate my appointment in their system. To make matters worse, I was met with a shocking lack of professionalism when I was greeted by Kevin MacMurray, who failed to introduce himself and treated me in a dismissive and hostile manner. I was verbally accosted and ultimately asked to leave the premises—an experience I have never encountered in my life, particularly from what is purported to be a reputable law firm. As a non-immigrant worker in the US with over 10 years of experience dealing with immigration lawyers, I can confidently say that this firm’s focus appears to be on financial gain rather than genuinely helping clients, especially those from marginalized communities who are already in vulnerable positions. Based on my extensive experience with legal professionals, I cannot recommend this firm, and I strongly urge others seeking legal assistance here to proceed with extreme caution.
