EASYMONEYE, we are contingency fee lawyers, meaning we collect an attorney fee only if the client's case is successful. It sounds like we did not agree that you have a case to pursue. Although it may seem like lawsuits are easy, they are not and there are a lot of considerations made in pursuing one. I do not know how we did nothing but bad for you when you were not our client, but it is unfortunate you feel that way. Perhaps another lawyer will assist you where we were unable to do so.<br><br>

Ms. Rice, you called early this morning on a Saturday and you gave very few details about your situation. And, you wanted to know if you had a case. As we try to be responsive to anyone who calls, you spoke to an actual lawyer, as opposed to leaving a message or dealing with an answering service. As a professional, bound by the rules of professional responsibility, I cannot and will not go into details of our interaction. But, I will say that it is unprofessional for a lawyer to give an opinion without having properly analyzed a situation. You have made the choice to go in a different direction. I will note, and I think it is fair to say, that the topic of money, or fees, or anything like that, was never brought up. A personal injury lawyer's focus in looking at a potential case is first whether there was wrongdoing done that caused injury and what damages the injured person sustained.
