We had contacted Maddox Segerblom & Canepa Law Firm in regards to an issue we had with a builder of our home. They immediately contacted the Builder and told them that they need to make this right. The builder refused so litigation was started and I am happy to say after a period of time of negotiations it was settled. Everybody in the staff was very informative and very attentive to our needs. The Builder indicated there was nothing wrong with the flooring throughout our home and they were proven wrong. They did settle out of court because of the pressure that this Law Firm put on them. There is a sample of what they claim was nothing wrong.

Friendly people but unless you have a bunch of money I wouldn't bother.

Ardea was very instrumental in resolving a water damage claim which resulted in extensive damage to the first floor of our home. After 6 months of trying to deal with the insurance on our own, and the insurance company not willing to pay for the damages caused by their client's negligence, we hired Ardea. Once Ardea was involved, the insurance company finally took full responsibility for the damages done to our home and we were able receive a settlement which allowed us to repair the damages done to our home. I highly recommend Ardea and her staff. They are very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

My title company and I had run into a wall trying to remove a lien from my house. Despite all our attempts we were unable to reach anyone or get a response to payoff a lien. Closing deadline was fast approaching, and the sale of my home was threatened by this shadow.
