Consultations should be free, No potential client should have to pay for that.

We understand your concern and appreciate this opportunity to explain why our firm charges for consultations. Unlike many other law firms that offer this service free of charge, clients speak with an attorney during our consultations. With the free consults, clients often talk with an intake person, salesperson, or paralegal instead. They cannot provide legal advice. Ordinarily, it may cost you $400 - $500 or more for an hour of an attorney’s time. With our consultations, even if our firm cannot represent you, an attorney will listen to your story, analyze your case, and offer advice at a fraction of what it typically costs. Our consultations are priced affordably to make them accessible to more people. We receive dozens of calls weekly, so providing free consultations to everyone who calls or visits our website is not a feasible or sustainable business model.

Kirton was undoubtedly the best advocate and representation I could have hoped for throughout my entire process.
