Do not recommend this law office. They will lose your messages. I called and left a detailed message with an assistant who stated she’d give the message to Mr. Madrid and they would call me the following day and/or refer me to another attorney if they couldn’t assist me. I waited a week and did not receive a call back. I called again to follow up and unfortunately they had no record of my message. I then left another detailed message with Mylie. The next day I received a call from Emma that Mr. Madrid was unable to take my case and he referred me to another attorney. When I called that attorney I discovered his practice had nothing to do with the assistance I needed. I then called Emma back to let her know their referral was irrelevant to my case. She was very rude and stated she had no idea why I was referred to that law office. When I asked if they could please refer another lawyer she was still rude and acted bothered and said she’d ask Mr. Madrid and call me back but she never did unsurprisingly.
