When I got injured at my work I was looking for a lawyer who can help me to put a case. The first lawyer I saw is Madsen when I saw his billboard. I was a bit hesitant to go to him. but surprisingly Madsen did an outstanding job. I had people telling me that I will lose my case reason why is because how big corporations have good lawyers. After a car accident, everything can feel overwhelming—figuring out which doctors to see and how to handle all the bills is incredibly stressful. Nick and his law office are true professionals. They take the time to walk you through each step of the process so you know exactly what to do to get the best settlement possible. One thing I really appreciate is that Nick is local, and you actually deal directly with him—not some random lawyer under the same company like you get with most of those big, advertised injury firms. He’s super down to earth, goes the extra mile for his clients, and is just a genuinely nice, helpful guy. Nick has won big trials (not every lawyer can say that!), and unlike those massive firms where you feel like just a number, this team truly cares about you. Highly recommend!

I sat down with the lawyer Nick and his secretary Jen back in December. They advised me to contact them back once I followed up with the orthopedic doctor and if I needed surgery . I have called that office on 5 different occasions. The first four times “he was sick, allegedly out volatile vomiting ”, but she would have him contact me. I called again last week and STILL NO follow up/return call. THIS office has THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OR LACK THERE OF!! If they didn’t want to represent me or feel I had a case, that should have simply been stated! I feel duped, disrespected and lied too! Please don’t walk, but RUN and find you someone else to represent you or your family! The lack of decency, integrity and respect is out the window with this office! It’s HORRIBLE!

Not to information on trying to help me seems there just car insurance and ambulance chasers kinda lawyers couldn't even refer me to a lawyer that can help me with my situation I felt like I was the dirt under there shoes when talking to them

I used Madsen Law for an auto accident and they were amazing!! Jennifer was able to answer all of my questions and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process.
