I suggest if you do pro bono make sure before the final hearing you have everything you want to say because when the case is over not even 30 days later you will be treated like a pro bono case not like you paid the retainer. Now I appreciate the representation from Mrs. Bailey she is a good lawyer I was told after I stated my child father was back doing his same mess harassing my child father provokes and plays on emotions about the child being a pawn to hurt me because that’s all he can do to try to hurt me involve my child. It’s incidents but I won’t state them online. I explained that to Mrs. Bailey numerous times she told me she could no longer give me legal advice so I suggest please make sure everything is on the table and your ducks are lined up in a row before leaving court please he knew he could pull the same tricks because I had a pro bono lawyer I had to beg her to reach out to his lawyer for me after the case because he didn’t read the paperwork correctly and tried to take his anger out on me I even suggested getting my son a phone to avoid communication with his dad she said no can’t win for lose

Do NOT allow her to be a guardian for your children. Fight that tooth and nail. Be careful because if you show concern that she’s not doing her job in a fair way - meaning just following the law - she will make you pay more than money. She has no problem misrepresenting your case in court. Beware.
