Chris Hueneke supercedes ALL factors one would seek in an attorney, and I am ever so grateful that I found him, and that he warmly agreed to accept my case. Due to the extreme negligence endured from a previous attorney who started my father's probate case, Chris was assuredly handed an atypical, intricate situation. He not only had to amend multiple, crucial errors that were initially made, but also had to ensure that the case continued to flow in a timely manner. Prior to finding Attorney Chris, there were days I would just cry, feeling stuck and not sure how to proceed appropriately with the mess that had already been created by a claimed professional (previous laywer). However, after working with Chris directly, its no wonder this man won Super Lawyer multiple years in a row for his outstanding work. From my initial visit, to the closing of the estate, Chris went above and beyond to kindly and thoroughly list and explain EVERY STEP, and even the ones subsequent to the present. His communication is amazing, he is a true pleasure to work with, and his navigation through this case was beautifully done. My personal situation required an intelligent individual, who was particularly knowledgeable on all avenues of estate law. Needless to say, Chris fit the bill and highly exceeded any expectations held. I retained Chris Hueneke in 2015 when my wife divorced me. What a mistake!! Although he promised to advocate on my behalf, he really did nothing except push some paperwork. When it came to a property settlement, I showed him two estimates where people actually visited my home, measured each room, and looked for anything that would reduce the value of the home and property. One estimate was for $145,000 and the other was for $150,000. My wife had one estimate from someone in Minnesota who never visited. Her estimate was for $110,000. I presented my estimates to Mr. Hueneke. In addition, I proposed a property settlement to counter what my wife proposal.. Mr. Hueneke looked at it and, essentially, threw it away. At the court hearing, Mr. Hueneke sat at the table and said nothing. The judge accepted my wife's property settlement and Mr. Hueneke never shown the two estimates I had. I found Mr. Hueneke to be untruthful. His only concern was getting the retainer fee and, afterward, charging an additional $700 for doing nothing. I came away from the experience wondering how Mr. Hueneke earned his law degree because he seemed so incompetent. As an attorney, Chris Hueneke is terrible.

I highly recommend Chris Hueneke for any of your attorney needs. I chose his firm from the internet as I was looking for a probate lawyer and I am 1100 miles away. I read all the reviews beforehand, filled out the form online and he called me immediately. You can't go wrong in choosing this firm. He had contacts that I used and was pleased with. We just closed the estate and I couldn't be happier with how everything went. Thank you Chris!!!

I retained Chris Hueneke to represent me in a divorce and he did absolutely nothing. His office website is nothing more than a bunch of lies. During the trial, Hueneke did not advocate for me even when he promised to. At the end of the trial, I asked him why he didn’t say anything and why he did not advocate on my behalf, and all he did was shrug his shoulders and said nothing. Take my advice…Hueneke wants nothing more than your money and in return, you’ll get nothing in return. To top it off, after paying a retainer of $2500, Hueneke had the gall to bill me for an additional $700. If you need a lawyer, do not go to Chris Hueneke.

Only thing I'm not charged for...is breathing oxygen their office. $3,700 for school book divorce (easiest ever) I'm afraid even to think of how much would they charge me if I disagreed with my (now ex) wife on anything...They did finish the job but they are $$$$
