We went to him for help with disability for our daughter. We explained to them that we had looked into it in the past but felt we would need a lawyer since every claim seems to need an appeal. They were very nice while helping us fill out the initial application. Then they completely ghosted us. Our claim was denied for reasons that weren't event true, so we reached out to the attorney's office. We reached out via email 3 times and we called over 10 times over the course of a month. Every time they told us the denial was on his desk and he'd get right back to us. When it got close to 60 days since our denial, we realized they were just going to ignore us and we had to do the appeal ourselves since you only have 60 days to appeal. We've now been dealing with appeal issues on our own and it's been the headache we thought it would be. We wish we had gone to a lawyer that would've followed through and helped us. We have absolutely no idea why he chose to completely drop us and not help us.
