Dan Maguire had me plead guilty to a crime that I legally couldn’t have committed in the early 2000’s. Had attorney Maguire even opened up the VT law statues book he could’ve easily saw that what I was charged with didn’t hold any weight. Instead he let me go down for nothing. That is not a good defense attorney. I looked at my conviction later on and filed a successful appeal on my own to the Vermont Supreme Court on my own and had the sentence vacated. Do not hire this attorney, there are far better ones for your money and that will work like they are supposed to.

Dan McGuire is the best attorney in the state of Vermont possibly all New England he's good
