Majors Law Group was very quick in responding. Once they had everything it went pretty fast. The only thing is we didn’t realize how long it actually took, especially since we were making payments. Once our payments were done then the process started. So be patient and make sure and ask any questions you have. It is definitely a long process but they’re very thorough. Would recommend.

I would have rated higher, but the sheer number of people I was bounced around to meant I never knew who to contact with questions, several people asked me the same thing someone else did, and my questions often went unanswered. Other than that, the case was filed and discharged so I'm happy with the end result.

Majors Law Group was the best- from the first time I contacted them all the way through my bankruptcy discharge. All of the staff that helped me were always very professional and friendly and always answered any questions I had in a timely manner. The attorneys were extremely knowledgeable and always available to answers questions also. They also make sure you have representation from their firm at your final court meeting and they always keep you informed of everything that is happening. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

From the very beginning this law firm was very courteous and, most importantly, patient with me. Once I paid the retainer fee I was so overcome by the guilt, the feeling that I failed myself. I literally pushed aside the requirement of sending the documents in a timely manner. Weeks passed by and I finally received an email from Kelly, pushing me to complete what was required, she was so very compassionate and I felt the same compassion from the attorney who went over my information with me.
