Sean and Russ have been a godsend for me. When I got t-boned by an uninsured motorist with a resulting back injury I was lost after being lowballed on my initial offer. Mr. Malcolm just had to deal with a case of mine for over 5 years, where most attorneys would have just caved and would have settled for 10% of what I received. Sean and Russ are phenomenally good at what they do. I was intentionally hit off my motorcycle in a typical road rage accident which could have killed me. The driver who hit me was underinsured and couldn’t cover my medical bills through insurance. They got me more than what I need to cover the medical bills.
