Good workers' compensation lawyers
First and foremost this is an amazing law firm. I got injured working picking up shifts on a app. I was mistreated by the company on getting medical attention after my hospital visit. One night after staying up from the pain in my knee, until 5 am in the morning, tears from the pain, enough was a enough! I contacted Malek & Malek and immediately started seeing results. The got me the medical attention I needed. The m.r.i. revealed I had torn my meniscus in my knee. Malek & Malek worked had on my case to get my worker's comp. payments started. The staff is great, friendly, and fought for me. I highly recommend Malek and Malek. They are truly amazing people, that advocates and fight for worker's rights when you are injured.

Would not recommend Had them for my work injury case and they didn't return my calls didn't help but only tried rushing things along had my wages wrong once I told them they sd that they would get it fixed then refused to return my calls or respond bk to my emails would not recommend there services been months n no response and that was same pattern threw out my whole claim they do not have your best interest at hand .
Hello Ernest, <br><br>Respectfully, I've reviewed our records. We communicated with you on numerous occasions via email, phone, and text. We consistently responded to and answered your questions. <br><br>Regarding your wage rate, the Average Weekly Wage Rate is based off of all the money you made in the 52 weeks leading up to your work injury. Ernest, the AWW was based off of the W2 and pay statements provided to us by you and your employers. If your Average Weekly Wage was low, it is because you objectively did not make much money during the prior 52 weeks. The more money earned in the 52 weeks leading up to the work injury, the higher the AWW.<br><br>Regarding your claim and our management of it. We've sought payment of medical bills on your behalf, filed motions and appeals on your behalf, obtained and reviewed wage records to set your AWW, attended workers comp hearings.<br><br>We've objectively spent more time on your claim then any money we've earned from the contingency fee arrangement. Which is fine. You wanted us to pursue a contralateral body part from the one that was originally injured. We filed for that condition; the employer produced video footage of the injury event. Regretfully, the video footage did NOT support the requested condition. Ernest, we work with the evidence we have. VIDEO FOOTAGE can be great sometimes, but it can be really bad as well. Video Footage is about as objective as gets. It shows what it shows.<br><br>Just as you have freedom to draft a 1-star review, you have freedom of choice to get a second legal opinion. There is nothing preventing you or has prevented you from taking your claim to another law firm.
