Why didn't you defend Chase Merritt the way you should have? Why didn't you put that cell tower expert on the stand when he was right there in the room waiting to go? Were you working with the prosecution to convict an innocent man?

I hired this lawyer and he has done some really bad things as an attorney. I submitted an objection against having the name changed of my daughter filed from the mother of my child and he never shown up to my court dates. He sub hired other lawyers to reschedule over and over. Then somebody from his firm did an illegal court hearing without even notifying me or serving any me any papers at all of the court hearing and apperantly spoke on my behalf and the name change was granted. He will not provide the information of the person he had represent me without my notice nor did he do anything to help with my case at all. I’m currently reviewing legal malpractice lawyers to find the best possible for this matter. I paid him in full from the very start and now he pays no attention to my case. Do not hire him he takes your money then ignores you.his reviews are fake fyi check previous posts and everybody says the same things about him. I’m going to the board and all the way with this one

I would like to start off by saying thank you from me and my family, you saved my life!. To put it into context I met Mr. Maline at my last court date when I was getting ready to sign for 2 cases and take a prison deal which was 4 years 85% with another strike from previous lawyer. He was a godsend that day he told me to not take deal and have him review case. well I'll be happy to say after just a couple of court dates and alot of faith in Mr. Maline he got me probation and 1 case dropped!!!.. no prison time no time away from my family. Now I can continue to raise my kids and be with with my family and keep my job. Trust me him and his team always went above and beyond for us, was always there for my court dates never missed always answered my phone calls and questions. Would highly recommend. Pathetic attorney and ridiculous lawyer

I want to Thank Roger Maline. He was phenomenal he assist my son’s father with a case he was facing 9 to 15 years. God truly used maline skills and knowledge in the judicial system, and he walked away with only six months Jail time. thank you Maline for all your help you are truly Heaven sent
