I was the passenger in a car accident where fault doesn’t matter In my case because I wasn’t the driver of either car, I appointed Man M Vu as my attorney to represent me in this case only a few days after the accident. It has now been two years since the accident and I can honestly say I’ve probably spoke to Man 10 times maybe even less. I would call and text him and It would be 3-4 months at a time that I would hear from him. I understand with covid that things move a lot slower but this is not the service that I was expecting nor what I was promised. I’m by no means any sort of lawyer or a law major at all, but it doesn’t take a genius to see that this is not how a lawyer should go about representing someone and I definitely don’t think a professional would make promises without knowing that those promises are realistic or accurate. When it’s all said and done I do not feel properly and professionally represented in this case and I now wonder if I just waisted 2+ years of waiting on the wrong person to help me.
