Would not recommend. seems like this place is filled with huge egos and thuggish attitudes. They mislead me on a settlement for a car accident and told me that the other driver who was at fault their insurance only had offer to settle for under $300 dollars I said that’s fine I’ll accept because I wanted to be done with it. They pressured me into taking it to a hearing so “I could get more”. In Reality they offered over $3k. When I asked why I wasn’t made aware of that. The response I got was “we just didn’t get around to it.”I had no idea who my lawyer representing me was until the day of the hearing. Not prepared at all just a let’s just “wing it” attitude. I have hesitated to write this review for a long time. Like I said thuggish attitudes and it made me nervous that they would track me down and Harass me. Only reason I write now is because I joined the military and moved out of state so I feel safe.

Scummy lawyers. Located in a chiropractic office in reynoldsburg, they coerced us to do so many days of chiropractor and we would get max amount. They and the chiropractor took over 80% of the settlement telling us that if we take it to trial we wouldn’t get much more and it would take years. Terrible communication the whole process. I STRONGLY recommend not using these people!!

I couldn't have had a better experience with this law office. As soon as I signed up I was called immediately to discuss my case, along with follow-up calls on a an almost daily basis. Greg is a great attorney. He answered all my questions and was very patient in explaining the entire process. In the end, I was very pleased with my settlement.

Still the best team anywhere.

I am very disappointed in the care and services I received. I WILL NEVER USE MANCINI AND SMITH AGAIN. Terrible customer service terrible work quality which was way different when I first was a customer. I will never refer anyone to them again especially with my niece passing away and the response I received.

Not the settlement I hoped for but they were able to get us a settlement within a year. They only call once per month to tell you whether or not they've made significant progress in the case. They were very sympathetic of our case and the lawyer was very professional explaining every part in complete detail. As I said, it wasn't nearly as much as I had hoped, but it was something at least and all of the expenses were taken care of. Hopefully I'll never need their services again but if I did, I'd come back for their help.

Unfortunately, I’m dissatisfied with them, and they just sold me out and they agents me with all documents I provide them for everything they just said sorry we can't do anything, first visit tell you something last visited sorry....short feedback don't try to call them not to visit them it's not worth it, unfortunately. I'm regretful referred to my friend, and he had the same thing disappointed 🙁.

The people here a friendly and fair.

After two years of working qith for my accident they had no settlement offer . Used to call once a month then they stopped calling and i had to call them for updates .not a good experience on my end

Won't answer the phone, never did anything, feel like they sold us out, they work agenst you, unless they are making big money you won't win
