There aren't enough words for how helpful, communicative, and available Diana and Marcia were to me. My case was very straightforward and, outside of the court response taking a comically long time - something way out of their control - everything went smoothly and I would trust Diana implicitly with any other probate issues I would ever have.

Paid in full. Gave all info. On Feb. 20 and yesterday April 1st calls to get a case number and I asked her secretary what has been done on this case in which she replied with “I’m not sure” so I asked that she have the attorney give me a call in which she did not and this morning April 2, refunded my money with no explanation except they’re a busy office.. they just sat on my money for 5 weeks and never filed one single item.. no phone calls or communication between her office and myself. Nice people just bad experience for me. Good luck!! So today April 2 I went by to pick up my paperwork that I brought her to start this and she called the cops on me and said she mailed it yesterday evening. So she had me trespassed because they did nothing on my case in 5 weeks. Not even a phone call… sooo unprofessional and now her integrity is in question when she says she did work on my case but refunded all my money as she should and hopefully I will get all my documents… this place has ZERO CLASS.. time to retire this law firm.
