Very disappointed with these attorneys. I approached them with a case worth $200k-300k. They were very approachable in the beginning. Then they went silent on me and gave me the cold shoulder. They go 60+ days without updating you on what's going on. They personally strung me along for months with no intention on taking the case and they didn't even have the respect to tell me they weren't taking the case. I'm highly disappointed with the way things turned out with Manning Law-- highly.

Considering my case was on a contingency basis, this waiting period caused some concern, as the fee agreement is time-dependent. This experience left me questioning the reasons behind such a delay, although I ultimately settled my case. However, I believe it could have settled with better results. If an attorney is too busy to handle a case promptly, it would be advisable not to have a client sign a retainer without ensuring timely progress. Despite this isolated incident, I firmly believe in the strength of the Manning Law Firm as a whole. One subpar experience should not overshadow the collective expertise and professionalism offered by your firm. Therefore, I still highly recommend Manning Law to anyone seeking legal assistance. Well , I strongly suggest to take your case and run away if you want to have a good settlement or good results go find a different attorney, DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM, I speak out of experience, they keep changing their paralegals I still have no idea whos is my attorney believe or not. they stole my money and did not settled my credit debts , they told me all the settlements are clear and all my credit cards were negotiated and paid and I am ok. I have been paying them for last 7 years. where did my money go... now I just git a letter from collection company from Nordstrom credit card from 7 years ago. When I email Richard Avilos Senior Paralegal at manning law … that was his answer go ahead and pay them yourself. Are you kidding me … have you looked at my file did you even find my file...what a mess...
