RESPONDING TO REPLY: I would not recommend or ever refer anyone to this law firm. The attorney publicly claiming that I demanded answers is completely false and contradicts our brief communication. MIGHT I ADD HE HUNG UP ON ME. We simply tried to schedule an appointment, but our schedules didn’t align and my conversation was disturbing. I was never seeking free legal advice; I only wanted to understand whether my case was something the firm could handle or if I had a potential case. In addition, The attorney’s response to my review was unprofessional and inaccurate. Moral of the story, DON’T hire This law firm to defend you. He’s in it for the money. I wonder if I had paid for a consultation if the conversation would have had a positive outcome. —————————————-———————— I reached out to Manuel for an initial consultation to see if I had a case, and unfortunately the experience was very negative. From the beginning, he kept interrupting me before I could finish explaining my situation, which made it difficult to share the full details. I expected the consultation to be an opportunity to better understand whether I had a case, but instead it felt rushed and dismissive. He didn’t provide helpful guidance, and my concerns seemed to overwhelm him rather than be taken seriously. Overall, I didn’t feel listened to, supported, or respected. Even if I do have a valid case, I would not feel comfortable hiring him to represent me.
This review does not accurately reflect what occurred. The first and only call from this individual came into my office at 11:37 a.m. Friday morning. At that time, they were given the option to set an appointment or come into the office for a consultation. Instead, they demanded immediate answers on the spot.<br><br>For clarity: all of our consultations are free of charge. If we are able to accommodate a caller right away, we will; if not, we promptly schedule an appointment. I do not advertise — nearly all of my clients come through referrals or word of mouth. For over 24 years, I have represented injured workers and individuals involved in serious auto accidents across Texas.<br><br>Every client and potential client is provided my personal cell phone number, and I make myself available to ensure they are heard and supported. What has been written here is simply not consistent with how I treat clients or conduct my practice.<br><br>At Manuel Gonzales, PC, we take pride in treating every person with respect, providing direct access to their attorney, and delivering the highest standard of service.
