I decided to have consultation with David, at random, I was new in NJ and was just moving from Vermont when a stop sign running lady collided with my car, I am from Florida and police in Florida is very smart, attentive and on spot when needed,NJ police was quiet opposite, never expected from a police offer sitting in restaurant window watching all and just refused to even call police because he is on lunch break, but he did call someone on phone after meeting the lady at fault,we waited for hours on road no ambulance, no officer, then comes one in trooper car without uniform and talked to the lady at fault and when we approached he just left. Then comes another officer who tried to intimidate us and put blame on us, that's when we contacted David, and I am very happy that I made this choice, David explained every little detail of NJ laws, insurance and referred to treatment. While in middle of case my job took me back to Florida, but David remained our best contact, and guide and help to transfer all to Florida.Now Hitesh came in to join David to guide us, he has been wonderful in dealing every little detail between doctors, insurance and every thing. Now my case is successfully completed and settled, I am very grateful to David and Hitesh without them I would have lost everything in NJ jungle of corrupt police. David Maran took the time to explain my case to me. He was very professional and knowledgeable in regards to gall bladder surgeries gone bad. David is personal and loves people. Call him and he will discuss, at length, your possible malpractice suit. I stumbled up David after doing a Google search. Previously I retained the help of different counsel. Sad to say, that was a big mistake. David took more time with me in 1 consultation than I had with the previous counsel I retained in a year and half span. I also called several more lawyers but they weren't that helpful either.
