As the other review below and poor communication and very unprofessional! Had to hire someone else just to get info , about my case and how it was going. Left emails and voicemails- wouldn’t hear back for WEEKS. In 6 months. I spoke to the lawyer twice. The legal assistant- seemed to never have my case things together. After hiring another lawyer- they made attempts to intervene and keep the case with them. Emailed the lawyer Anthony twice and never received a email back one in all that time. Had the nerve to call me a complicated client. All, I wanted, were updates on the case! Never again and ABSOLUTELY DONT recommend them!

For the last 3 years these professional people have done absolutly a fantastic job representing me in my claim with my disability for my Parkinsons claim. From the very first day I have had nothing but constant communication every month checking with me on the process to seeing if they could clarify any of my questions about any of their procedures that they were representing me on. My attorney James and his staff have been nothing but the best in being informative and caring and concerning throughout the whole claim. I haven’t even met the attorneys yet but the intake process with Mary S. was AMAZING. I have ADHD and PTSD, so she was very patient with me and made sure she got all the important details in order to discuss the case with the firm. When hiring an attorney, having an exceptionally professional intake specialist is an integral part of your business. They are the first point of contact. Mary S was the best in the business and I look forward to working with this firm to get justice for my husband’s death.

Only had a phone call and a ton-TON- of ton of tonedeaf txts from "Thierry" that i eventually had to block. Have had debilitating health issues for years, and got a new disease ( sarcoidosis) and pacemaker/ ICD in feb 25, that has made my day to day life extremely difficult. My therapist suggested looking into disability- I got a call/ voicemail orginally from a male lawyer, I called the number he gave in the voicemail and was met with the most rude secretary, who was so callous, anyways she told me i had to call the local SS office to find out my date last insured. I call the SS office and the person I talked to was more helpful but told me that finding out the date last insured is something the law firm should be doing and not me. After that, they kept calling everyday-EVERYDAY- and not leaving messages, and they never emailed me, which is what i orginally requested to avoid situations like this that DO NOT HELP MY HEALTH!! Thanks- theres more lawyers out there- avoid this law firm at all cost!

Before I signed with this firm, they called me every day, emailed me, and texted me. They said, "We're going to work on your case. We'll consult with our partner to see if there's a conflict of interest." They evaluated and reviewed my case. Then, total silence for about two months. They contacted me, but they haven't received my records. I'm a patient who is allergic to chlorine. I've had allergy tests that have come back positive since I was a child. Now, I can't have chlorine in my house. I have to bathe with special filters; I can't swim in a pool. At the Rhode Island hospital, on more than one occasion—around five times—they used chlorine on me, which led to me being intubated for several weeks. Not once or twice, but five times. I was intubated because of what I did. Their protocol included a sign saying I was allergic to [unclear - possibly "Breathe-Schung" or "Sn" in some other contexts]. And yet, I kept going back. I contacted this law firm, and they said, "We're going to take your case. We have your record." For four months, I had absolutely no communication with the law firm. Nothing. They said they were reviewing my case. The last thing they told me was that I would contact partner Mari, the notary, and give you an answer in a week. They said, "Give me a week to work on getting back to you about what we're going to do." After that week, they contacted me via email with a simple "they can't take my case," saying that if we don't go, we have to prove I'm allergic. But the allergy test is right there, the evidence of how many times I was intubated, the doctors' written records explaining why I was intubated. That was it. So I started investigating, looking into the hospital's lawyer, and with the people I had met with at the beginning, the hospital's representatives happen to be study partners of several lawyers at this firm, which is kind of strange, I think. So I had to go to Boston to have the case evaluated there to take action because it seems odd that for more than four months they tell me, "Yes, we'll work at your house," and then suddenly overnight, "Oh, we can't work with you." In this case, they haven't even wanted to return my record, nothing. They've left me in limbo, like they're trying to stab me in the back, not knowing that I could be hospitalized for several months, more than three months in the hospital. Now I need to use oxygen, I can't work. All of this is happening at home. I'm 36 years old, I have two daughters. I didn't ask to be unable to work. I went to a hospital to seek help. I went to a hospital because I had a condition, where it's supposed to be the safest place. The Rhode Island hospital put my life at risk more than five times. I can't work because of the oxygen deficiency in my lungs, the damage caused by so many intubations. My body has been severely affected, and this law firm tells me it's difficult because if we go to court, we have to find an expert who can prove that, and it's very, very difficult to prove. Meanwhile, I have to suffer like this, and they call themselves fighting for the health of patients.

I contacted this firm to make a consult, then they emailed and texted me everyday until I got back to them. I was in the hospital throwing up blood for a month straight so I couldn't respond for a 2 weeks from there 1st attempt to contact me. When I finally responded to their email to set up a appointment, all the texts stopped and emails stopped. No response still as I write this review. And I was a former client of this firm. The woman's name that ghosts me was Mary Silvia. Extremely disappointed in this firm's attention to get business then choose not to even talk to me anymore. I dont know why still til today. I would stay away from a lawyers office that treats actual clients this way. Very bad business. Ill repeat, emailed and texted everyday for 14 days, then when I responded, they stopped all communication. Never even spoke to anyone at all...ever. Poor communication, ghosting actual clients. I'd stay away from this firm if I was you.
