I strongly advise against doing business with Seth Rosenthal or any company he represents. He hired subcontractors for a window repair job, then flat-out refused to pay the agreed-upon bill despite the work being completed professionally and on time. When confronted, he arrogantly declared that he’s a lawyer and knows how to “deal with us”—a thinly veiled threat meant to intimidate honest workers into walking away empty-handed. To justify non-payment, he manufactured a complaint about a minor mess outside caused by debris from his own broken window. When we immediately offered to clean it, he blocked us, claiming we “don’t know how to clean expensive tiles like that”—an insulting excuse he used to withhold full payment. His behavior was not only unhonest but deeply disrespectful—dismissing legitimate invoices, making excuses, and treating hardworking tradespeople like they were disposable. If he treats subcontractors this way while hiding behind his supposed legal credentials and nitpicking minor issues he won’t even allow to be fixed, imagine how he’ll treat you as a customer. No follow-through, no accountability, and zero respect for the people who actually get the job done. Save yourself the headache—steer clear. You deserve reliable service, not someone who stiffs the very workers he depends on and uses his profession as a weapon.
