Absolutely 0 communication! They can’t answer a phone call or talk to you about your case! I stay on hold for 10-15 minutes just to tell you that the lawyer is not available. It is absolutely ridiculous I have so many questions regarding my life and they won’t try to figure out an answer or anything. They just never call you back and meet you in the middle of your court hearing to tell you what is going on. They won’t talk to you any other time.

I paid $3000 upfront took seven months to actually get a court date then after the court date, there is zero stipulations made and I was made aware that I could drive for work purposes, 10 days into it. I get pulled over and I had to serve 12 days in jail over a C misdemeanor for a violation of driving conditions that this law firm never made aware to me and when I asked them and they make this right they requested another $3000 to make it go away. I’ve been treated as a peasant with prejudice he entire time. I lost out almost $20,000 of work during my time of incarceration that they did not care at all about. I do not recommend anyone to go through what I’ve went through and to find out things the hard way. Knowing I’m a single father with full custody of multiple little girls. This Experience was a complete joke.
