Just spoke with Gina and this law firm does not deal with disability claims anymore. Yet they advertise it.

Going with Marc whitehead and associates was the best decision I made. There was a whole team working on my case that included Erin svetlik, Erica Wilson, Lupe Acevedo, Crystal Perez, and Kimberly Warren. They took care of literally everything, I think I went in once to give a signature and it was really only because I'm bad with technology(which they were also amazingly patient with). My team did an amazing job keeping me updated with an app, texts and even phone calls! They were completely professional, kind, and patient with me through the entire process.I originally applied myself for 2 years before and was told I had to re apply and these wonderful attorneys even got me the back pay credit for that! I should've gone with them from the start so learn from my mistakes!

Never recieved an email nor a call back from sandra about my va disability for over a year. ive called twice, one time I didnt leave a voicemail, but no one picked up and the other no one picked up the phone and I left a voicemail with my name and phone number and I did not get a call back. I left an email today in hopes that I will get some sort of response. Even if you all had a high volume of work to do, a year is more than enough to give me a quick call and details on what will happen. The only info I got was that it was active from someone (Not Sandra) who works there and they were unable to give me anyother information.

Despite taking my money, they demonstrated no expertise in long term insurance claims. They never called me, so I had to chase them. When I was denied again, they never even contacted me again. Their advice and attention was very superficial. I would gi9ve them zero stars if that was an option!

have never had to have an attorney before, but was very upset after the long-term disability insurance I paid the max on every year just in case of exactly what happened with my health, denied me. Marc Whitehead’s office has worked tirelessly for 4 years so far with me. There is no way I could have gotten anywhere on my own with the long-term disability company, which is a shame, and I feel for anybody who needs it. Melissa High and Kyle Rich, among others, have been particularly helpful along the way and I can’t speak more highly about them. They’ve helped me through a very challenging time.

Bad attitude. Their customer service is really bad. I don't recommend this place. There are other attorneys that will treat with respect regardless of the situation.

I was very lost with my appeal for my long term disability and did not know where to start! Time was not on my side and I had no idea where to start the appeal. I found Marc Whitehead and Associates online and it was the BEST experience EVER! They were amazing from the first phone call when I spoke with Monique Muras the Legal Intake Specialist. She was very knowledgeable and explained the process and I felt a sense of relief that someone understood what my issues were! Monique was amazing and made sure that I felt comfortable with the process. Before I knew it Imari Perkins was on the phone with me and made sure I understood everyone's role of the legal team that was assisting with my case. I was truly grateful that there were so many "experts" assisting with my case. Imari made sure all my questions were answered and again calmed my worries. I had the extreme pleasure of working with Melissa High who was my first point of contact and she was the one responsible for communicating the status of my appeal as well as answering any questions. The entire team that was assigned to my case was OUTSTANDING and because of them my LTD denial was overturned. It’s been 84 years… Well that’s how long I felt like it was. I’m sure we all feel this way. I was at my lowest point in my life. Literally wanting to give up on all aspects. Feeling hopeless and thinking about my life and how useless it has been, because of how sick I’ve become. I was trying to claim disability many times over the years, but failed. I couldn’t survive and then would have to go back to work. Work that wasn’t my career. I would have to constantly call out due to being sick, lose pay and barely make rent and at times ask for help from family to get by. I couldn’t do it another day and my family and friends could see it. That’s when I had to make the final choice in applying for disability once again and even though it wasn’t easy and I had to live off of credit cards, family, and the state, I filed and guess what… I got denied. Then I said, I’m going to have to get a lawyer. I researched and found Marc Whitehead and Associates. I’m truly thankful they took on my case. They looked through my medical records and knew that everything that I was saying was not only true but they didn’t understand why I was denied so many times. They knew everything that they were reading I would have a good chance at winning my case. It’s not an easy process and it’s hard, darn right brutal at times. The only thing that got me through this brutal period was the incredible staff which included Anthony Vessel my (Attorney), Chris Stevenson (Paralegal), Kimberly Warren (Department Coordinator), John Rios (Medical Records), Lupe Acevedo (Medical Records), and Dee Cowap (Intake), and Bailey Ingram (Paralegal). My communication with the law firm most of the time was through e-mail, which I favored because it was easier for me. My lawyer briefed me a few times before the actual court hearing and the morning of by phone. This whole process from beginning to end was a long journey, but a journey well worth it, because of my lawyer and the whole entire staff that worked so diligently hard.
