This review spans 12/2/22 to 10/2024. I contacted Marc Whitehead & Associates needing help on dealing with a denial of disability from the SSA. Dee in the in-take office was my first contact and she also was the reason I decided to go with the firm. I contacted 3 Attorneys on this issue and Dee was the only voice I heard that seemed confident about my case. Dee was the only person I spoke to that between the other Attorney offices that made me feel like the attorneys actually wanted to take my case and she made it seem like an everyday thing. After signed up with Mark Whitehead and Associates I had help from several case workers throughout the process that kept me updated on processing and paperwork. I kept going to my doctors hoping to get better and it never happened. Luckily I had a great legal team backing me up and after an ALJ hearing with great exhibits, dialog, and attorney Britney McDonald Esq. everything was approved. The approval also kept my original request date which is helping me get on Medicare. If you are disabled and struggling stop trying to do everything yourself and get some legal help with Mark Whitehead and Associates. They helped me develop a case even though I have chronic pain, difficulty concentrating, and seem to always be tired with my meds. It really helped me out in the long run when I made up my mind to get legal help and it could help you too.
